Electronic traversing device application

TDE MACNO "electronic traversing device" is a powerful and flexible tool developed for different applications in textile machines to have excellent results in performances and reliability.

The inverter DZBL series, with this particular software version, can drive a brushless motor with low inertia and feedback from resolver (on request from absolute sinusoidal encoder)

For the correct use of the product the movement of traversing device has to be realised in just one mechanical revolution of the motor (about 250°).

Thanks to the monitor software developed in windows environment, the traversing device is very user-friendly in the setting up of the machine and in the following steps as well.

Once you have entered the nominal data of the utilised motor, you have just to start the auto tuning procedure to identify automatically the most important electric parameters of the motor and optimise the dynamic response of the control. Thereafter, the drive is ready to control the motor in the best way.
