Inverter in injection moulding machines to control the screw (dosing)

Inverter type: DVET (vector control inverter with encoder feedback).

Characteristics:
  1. high performances at a very low acceleration and deceleration time (0.2 sec )
  2. high torque at zero speed and peak overload of 200%
  3. easy set up and adjustment to any type of motor through auto tuning
  4. Energy Saving

N.B.:
The same application with lower performances was realised through our V/f adjusted inverter DFNT series by using the DC injection function to stop in torque mode.
